Originally from Russia, I have lived, studied, and worked in the United States for 25 years. I was a licensed architect in Russia and after building my first home in the US, I fell in love with all aspects of home construction in this country, all the freedom and choices that are available here. I decided to learn more and pursued a Master degree in Construction Science at the University of Oklahoma. After graduating, I worked 5 years as a manager in home construction industry. I really enjoyed applying my knowledge in architecture and construction to help people build their dream homes!
After moving to the Tri-Cities area, I became a licensed realtor. At first, I was not sure that it's a perfect match for me because I never worked in sales before and never liked aggressive sales people.
What I found, to my surprise, is that a lot of people like the same qualities that I like in sales representatives – ability to give good professional advice, offer choices and information, explain details of transaction and financing options, and, of course, negotiate on client’s behalf and make home buying or selling process enjoyable!
I try to treat people the way I like to be treated. It’s That Simple!
It might sound strange, but I think in our Digital Age, when we have all kinds of data at our fingertips, the amount of information can be overwhelming and we have even more need for experienced advice!
I hope that my knowledge, experience, and dedication will help you with your Real Estate needs.
